We are looking for a Client Onboarding Implementation Consultant for a SAAS product:
Experience
- 0.5 to 2 years
Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Should be able to coordinate, identify, implement, and lead innovative, complex, large-scale client onboarding solutions along with the team focused on the client experience for a SAAS product.
- Client Configuration: Work alongside the Client Onboarding Team to complete configuration and identify the gaps if any. You will need to collaborate with the subject matter experts to develop tailored onboarding implementation plans.
- Requirement Analysis: Provide subject matter expertise for implementations including products requirements to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Database Skills : Participate in projects and any other special tasks assigned, such as automating key processes or leveraging technology solutions where appropriate, lead data migration projects with excellent data handling skills (excel, queries)
- Technical Understanding: To be able to understand client conversations about integrations and data mappings for configuring the product.
