MyNextHire is a cloud-based applicant tracking software that enables businesses to streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job requisitions, conducting interviews, and screening candidates to providing offer letters and managing employee onboarding processes. Hiring managers can utilize the search functionality to retrieve candidate information from the database and conduct a  analysis of candidates'  to determine their eligibility for the role.

MyNextHire enables recruiters to conduct video interviews or online assessments and utilize Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or iCalendar to create interview schedules. It lets users generate offer letters using customizable templates, request important documents from candidates. 

Job description

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Implementation Consultant for a SAAS product:

Experience

• 0.5 to 2 years

Responsibilities

• Client Coordination: Should be able to coordinate, identify, implement, and lead innovative, complex, large-scale client onboarding solutions along with the team focused on the client experience for a SAAS product.
• Client Configuration: Work alongside the Client Onboarding Team to complete configuration and identify the gaps if any. You will need to collaborate with the subject matter experts to develop tailored onboarding implementation plans.
• Requirement Analysis: Provide subject matter expertise for implementations including products requirements to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Database Skills : Participate in projects and any other special tasks assigned, such as automating key processes or leveraging technology solutions where appropriate, lead data migration projects with excellent data handling skills (excel, queries)
• Technical Understanding: To be able to understand client conversations about integrations and data mappings for configuring the product.
