MyNextHire is a cloud-based applicant tracking software that enables businesses to streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job requisitions, conducting interviews, and screening candidates to providing offer letters and managing employee onboarding processes. Hiring managers can utilize the search functionality to retrieve candidate information from the database and conduct a  analysis of candidates'  to determine their eligibility for the role.

MyNextHire enables recruiters to conduct video interviews or online assessments and utilize Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or iCalendar to create interview schedules. It lets users generate offer letters using customizable templates, request important documents from candidates. 

Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer  
Years of experience: 4-6 Years in Test Automation using Selenium, Java  Location: Pune/Remote 

Notice Period: Candidate with shorter notice period is preferable 

Responsibilities 

• • As a Test Automation expert create a Test Automation Framework independently for Regression Testing of a Angular based product 
• • Design, Develop, Automate, and maintain reusable Test automation framework using Selenium Java, and TestNG for Angular based Product 
• • Build end to end tests to test the product as a whole 
• • Work in an agile environment with CI/CD 

• • Report weekly status and metrics to stakeholders 
• • Continuously maintain and improve test automation framework. 
• • Troubleshoot problems and report defects in JIRA. 
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the best test strategies. 
• • Play an active role in daily scrums,  

• • Mentor and train other test team members on Test Automation framework 
• • Ready to work on Manual testing if required.  

Primary Skill. 

• • Proficient in building a new Test Automation framework independently from grounds up for an Angular based product. 
  • Expert in Selenium, Java, TestNG automation tools for Angular based Product 
  • Experience in API testing 
  • Expert in Test Methodologies 
  •  Expert in Java Programming language, ngWebdriver 
  • Experience in Git,GitHub 
  • Experience working with databases  
  • Demonstrated ability to focus and complete tasks on time. 
  • Strong team player 
  • Show flexibility under changing conditions. 
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex problems quickly and creatively. 
  • Desire to learn new technologies. 
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills 
  • Very Good understanding of Agile Delivery Model 

Secondary Skills (Good to have) 

• • Experience in Performance and Load Testing

  • ISTQB certification
