Job Description
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Implementation Specialist for a SAAS product:
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
Responsibilities
- Client Coordination : Be the primary point of contact to coordinate, identify, implement, and lead innovative, complex, large-scale client onboarding solutions focused on end-to-end ownership of the client experience for a SAAS product. Be able to handle client escalations.
- Project Management : Work alongside the Client Onboarding Manager, in a team environment, you will collaborate with the client, sales team, and subject matter experts to develop tailored onboarding implementation plans for the complex and dynamic needs of clients establishing clear expectation and providing transparency of timelines
- Requirement Analysis: Provide subject matter expertise for implementations including products requirements to clients and internal stakeholders
- Database Skills : Participate in projects and any other special tasks assigned, such as automating key processes or leveraging technology solutions where appropriate, lead data migration projects with excellent data handling skills (excel, queries)
- Technical Understanding : Lead client conversations about integrations, apis, data mappings
