MyNextHire is a cloud-based applicant tracking software that enables businesses to streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job requisitions, conducting interviews, and screening candidates to providing offer letters and managing employee onboarding processes. Hiring managers can utilize the search functionality to retrieve candidate information from the database and conduct a  analysis of candidates'  to determine their eligibility for the role.

MyNextHire enables recruiters to conduct video interviews or online assessments and utilize Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or iCalendar to create interview schedules. It lets users generate offer letters using customizable templates, request important documents from candidates. 

Business Analyst

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join us on a permanent basis in Pune. As a BA, you are an expert in understanding the business needs of smaclify product users and business stakeholders. From taking requirements, to suggesting improvements, to helping with UI design, to building and maintaining client relationships, you are essential to the success of the company.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• At least three years of experience of working in agile development as a Business Analyst or Iteration Manager.
• Lots of experience in gathering functional and non functional requirements, writing user stories, mapping out processes and creating wireframes using a variety of tools.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with internal and client stakeholders of different levels of seniority or backgrounds.
• Ability to promote collaboration between Product Owner, stakeholders, SMEs, XDs, QAs, and developers by removing roadblocks and fostering communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively (team first mentality).

You will :

• Design solutions through effective use of wire framing tools
• Conduct User Research
• Work with CS team and product manager to understand open issues and analyse the problems
• Work out possible solution options and present to the engineering manager and product manager
• Work with tech leads to track the development work
• Help testing teams to understand expected outcomes
• Track sprint scopes / project management skills will be handy
