MyNextHire is a cloud-based applicant tracking software that enables businesses to streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job requisitions, conducting interviews, and screening candidates to providing offer letters and managing employee onboarding processes. Hiring managers can utilize the search functionality to retrieve candidate information from the database and conduct a  analysis of candidates'  to determine their eligibility for the role.

MyNextHire enables recruiters to conduct video interviews or online assessments and utilize Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or iCalendar to create interview schedules. It lets users generate offer letters using customizable templates, request important documents from candidates. 

Job Summary

Full Stack Javascript Developer is responsible for designing, defining and developing enterprise, modern cloud-based retail applications that will shape the future of the retail industry.

Technologies:

• Angular JS, Node.js, React.js, React native, Javascript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, REST, NoSQL/MongoDB, AWS cloud services, Function as a service (lambda).

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or related technical discipline.

• 1 + years of experience in software development using javascript.
• Very strong experience using javascript in UI and at the server-side.
• Experience with Angular, ECMAScript 2015/TypeScript developer and willing to learn and teach new technologies quickly (such as Angular 9.0, React and new developments in JavaScript);
• Experience with HTML5 & CSS3- Compatible, Responsive Web Application Design. Experience with Javascript (ES6) on the server using node.js.
• Be a skilled NodeJS, ExpressJS, and MongoDB developer with an emphasis on building RESTful APIs;
• Experience with asynchronous programming techniques (promises, observables, generators, async/await)
• Experience with NoSQL / Mongo DB (Mongo DB, DynamoDB preferred)
• Git experience: essential. Feature branches, merging, rebase, squash commits, pull requests, etc.
• Experience using testing frameworks: mocha, chai, selenium, karma.
• In our fast-paced environment, the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge/experience with developing multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS applications
• Knowledge/experience with developing applications for mobile devices.
• Knowledge/experience with serverless microservices architecture.
• Knowledge/experience with AWS services.
• Knowledge/experience with retail applications.
• Preferably experience in start-ups, small teams.
