Job Description

This position represents Munson Healthcare by ensuring a positive, white glove candidate experience for new hires and serves as a liaison between the hiring manager and the employee. 

The Onboarder plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive onboarding experience for all new hires. This position serves as the subject matter expert for pre-employment requirements, including background checks, licensure verification, fingerprinting, drug screening, I-9 compliance, and other regulatory requirements. The Onboarder manages onboarding systems and workflows, coordinates pre-employment activities, audits documentation for compliance with federal and state employment laws, and collaborates with departments across the organization. Through exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication, this role supports hiring managers, Human Resources, and new employees while ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed and new hires are fully cleared to begin employment.

Qualifications

Required :

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree And/or  2 Experience in a related field  

Or 

  • 2 Equivalent in education plus 2 years working experience 

Preferred : Experience in Human Resources Office 

Additional Information

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
