Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Traverse City. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Manage project scope and implement change control procedures
- Ensure project deliverables align with organizational objectives
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Expert problem-solving and analytical skills
- Change management experience
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong decision-making capabilities
