Job Description
Position Responsibilities
As the fleet market becomes increasingly competitive on product and price, Ford Fleet will continue to strive for differentiation through excellence of service to fleet customers, and in particular CV fleet customers. Fleet Aftermarket plays a vital part in providing the reassurance and convenience of professional aftermarket support to Ford's largest customers under the banner of Ford Pro.
As the link between Fleet Sales and FCSD, the Fleet Aftermarket team have 3 key business goals:
- Supporting Fleet customer satisfaction and sales loyalty
- Supporting FCSD Service growth, by driving service work into Ford Authorised Repairers
- Supporting FCSD Parts sales, by driving fleet workshops' purchases of Ford parts
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Support fleet sales in delivering speedy resolutions to aftermarket concerns and systemic issues raised by fleet customers.
- Raise Emerging Concerns - Voice of Customer and insight driving QSF metrics as necessary through established channels.
- Support fleet sales with aftermarket tender input as maybe required from time to time.
- Promote the use of the Ford Liive Centre by fleets for all single VIN cases.
- Support Sales Business Manager's with aligned fleets
- Support assigned service growth fleets to achieve their service growth objectives.
- Support assigned IHW fleets to ensure their continuous and smooth operation with managing IHW.
- Identifying and exploiting opportunities for parts sales growth and Authorised Repairer service growth where possible.
- Support Ford Pro Events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years automotive aftersales experience
- Customer focused with the ability to develop strong relationships
- Drive for results / Self-starter with the ability to remain focused and pursue issues to a resolution
- Good communicator with competent written, verbal and particularly presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to deal with a variety of competing tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure to manage key deliverables against hard deadlines
- Ford product, technical and warranty knowledge an advantage
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite
- A current and valid full driving license is essential
Additional Information
Working pattern and location:
- Full time (Monday – Friday)
- Based within commuting distance to Ford Dunton, Basildon, Essex
- Hybrid working with Minimum 2 Days in office
- Some travel within UK may be required including overnight (Fully Expensed)
