Job Description

Position Summary:

The Service Capacity Network Growth Support Administrator will provide operational support and assist with special projects to enable network growth and service capacity expansion. This role will work closely with Service Capacity Managers and cross-functional teams to manage documentation, track project progress, and ensure compliance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support:
    • Assist Service Capacity Managers with Letters of Consent (LOC), Letters of Understanding (LOU), and project tracking.
    • Maintain continuity by managing legacy LOCs and LOUs.
  • Document Management:
    • Prepare and manage capacity-related document flows using Docusign.
    • Partner with Ford Office of General Counsel (OGC) to create agreements.
  • Funding & Process Management:
    • Process Service Expansion Funding requests.
    • Track and update project milestones, including:
      • Checklist 1 & Checklist 2
      • LOU
      • Bay Counts
      • Funding status
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates to support network growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., Docusign).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with legal agreements and corporate processes is a plus.
