For this role there is a possibility for remote work, candidates can be located anywhere, but 2 office days per week would be ideal. The preferred locations are Hungary or Brazil.

Your role is to take on this challenge, supporting our team in designing and delivering various components of the employee experience. A people centric approach with a commercial mindset are key requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing Learning & Development opportunities that
- Give our people the capabilities they need to successfully fulfill our Purpose, Vision, Mission & Strategy
- Offer people the opportunity to grow their skills, knowledge, and careers internally
- Partner with Value Streams and Functions to identify learning needs, and deliver learning programs that enable them to fulfill their needs
- Helping to create and administer a mentoring scheme
- Helping to map our learning & development needs globally, short term and long term
- Enhancing internal mobility
- Working with the Recruitment team to enhance the visibility of internal candidates
- Defining potential career paths within and across Value Streams and functions
- Utilizing data from performance management and talent development to support identification of candidates for internal roles
- Values & Behaviors
- We will ensure that V&B are an aspect of all our processes and systems (Performance Management, Engagement, Townhalls, and so on).
- Employee Engagement
- Administration of Employee Engagement survey/platform (Peakon)
- Embed Peakon as a management tool that aids Performance conversations and supports best people management practices
- Design and drive global improvement actions based on insights from employee feedback
Qualifications
- With high EQ, you will be someone able to see things from various people’s perspectives
- Using a strong command of written, visual and oral communication you can effectively engage people with a message and deliver communications that resonate with the desired target audience
- Creative, you bring an imaginative flair to your work, in a visual sense and also when problem solving
- You are equally comfortable collaborating with other team members as you are working autonomously and independently
- Adaptable, you are comfortable working in a changing environment and pivoting your work to address moving priorities
- Naturally curious, if you don’t know something you are determined to find out and learn new skills
- Not afraid to say “I don’t know” or “I need help”.
