ACS is a private charter company that arranges passenger charters across the globe. Acting as the intermediary between clients and operators, our sales consultants manage the full sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly!

Job Description

Working with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our consultants arrange private jet charters for everything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.

Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you during your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will gain first-hand insight into what goes into ensuring a private jet charter runs seamlessly. You will learn everything from building a successful sales pipeline and working with airlines to managing the smallest details on board the aircraft, ensuring clients remember ACS as their preferred charter partner.

This role requires a 4-week training period at our London HQ, with all expenses paid.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role within the luxury products and services industry is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in an additional Asia-Pacific language is desirable
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a list of potential clients
  • Enjoys working towards goals and objectives in a competitive environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and develop industry knowledge
  • Hardworking and flexible — this role is not a typical 9-5
  • Commitment to being available on call outside of regular working hours, including weekends.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
  • Strong resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Must be able to travel frequently and often at short notice
