Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process and review shipment, accounting, and related operational documents accurately and in a timely manner using CargoWise.
  • Assist with invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding transactions and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries.
  • Follow proper steps as per the given standard operating procedure

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably supporting logistics or freight forwarding operations.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Hybrid work arrangement. Company-issued computer and necessary work equipment provided.
