Job Description

Do you constantly exceed quotas?  Are you looking for an opportunity to join a well funded start-up that's revolutionizing the way architects and building products evolve to create efficient and green designs?

We are looking for independent, self-motivated and driven individuals with “hunter” traits. You are comfortable making cold call from lists and other sources, deliver our value proposition and consistently close new business by delivering our targeted Modlar online advertising solution. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of inside sales experience

  • Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing ad sales over the phone in an inside sales environment.

  • Experience in selling to marketers with a focus on CMO, VP of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager titles on both client and agency sides are preferred.

  • The discipline to proactively call up to 40 prospects per day to achieve company goals.

  • Responsibility and ownership of entire sales cycle from discovery to closing.

  • Proven track record of over-achievement and growing a new book of business from the ground up.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in using CRM preferably Salesforce.

  • A team player with a positive attitude, a healthy competitive spirit and drive to achieve both our company and your personal lifestyle goals.

  • Computer literate and proficient in latest tools (i.e. Salesforce, InsideSales, Docusign, MS-Office/GoogleDocs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Joinme/Gotomeeting, Mac OS, etc. preferred)

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferred

COMPENSATION

 

Competitive base salary (based on experience) and an uncapped commission structure with the opportunity to easily double your base salary.
