Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst (FP&A) with 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. 

In this role, you will support the FP&A team in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to enable informed business decision-making. The position focuses on performance tracking (actuals vs. budget/forecast), support of planning cycles, and development of structured reporting and data processes. 

You will have the opportunity to grow both technically and professionally while gaining strong exposure to business operations in a multinational, geographically distributed environment. 


Responsibilities:

  1. Support budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecast cycles (templates preparation, data collection, validation, consolidation). 
  2. Assist in building and maintaining financial models for budget and forecast scenarios based on business assumptions. 
  3. Participate in monthly/quarterly management reporting packs 
  4. Perform variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key drivers and interdependencies. 
  5. Support development and maintenance of dashboards and automated reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Excel Power Query). 
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and data processes.
  7. And perform other duties as may reasonably be required in alignment with the purpose of the role.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Audit, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships in FP&A, controlling, audit, or financial analytics.
  • Solid understanding of P&L structure and financial fundamentals, including cost drivers, accruals, and budgeting logic.
  • Advanced English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query); knowledge of DAX and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets, demonstrating high attention to detail and a structured, reconciliation-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and apply new tools, including automation and AI-driven solutions.
