Job Description
Due to business and team development, Miratech is looking for a Procurement Specialist to enhance procurement oversight and ensure compliance with company policies. The specialist will support procurement reviews, analyze financial and contractual data, and assist in optimizing supplier collaboration.
This role requires a hands-on approach to working with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth procurement operations and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and initiate cost optimization
- Verifying payments in the internal payment system against contracts and internal policies
- Oversee and facilitate the process of competitive bidding
- Ensure that relationships with Miratech's strategic vendors are managed professionally
- Maintain a competence center in procurement
Qualifications
- Economic or financial education
- 2+ years of experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance, or other roles involving contract work and internal procedures
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in contracts, payments, and other documentation
- Results-oriented and confident, diplomatic communication style when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in multinational and cross-border environments is a plus
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office
