Job Description

Do you enjoy figuring out how complex software works and then helping others understand it?

We're looking for a Technical Learning & Enablement Developer who combines technical curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership. This is not a traditional training role and it is not a pure programming role.

You'll be successful in this position if you enjoy learning new technologies, experimenting with tools, improving processes, and creating clear, practical learning experiences for users.

What You'll Do

Learn the Product

  • Become an expert in our software platform by exploring new features and capabilities.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand upcoming releases.
  • Quickly learn new tools and technologies, even when formal training is limited.

Create Learning Experiences

  • Own the full content development and design process, from feature research and technical discovery through final course, module, or learning asset development.
  • Design and develop training programs, tutorials, learning paths, guides, videos, and other enablement materials.
  • Transform complex product functionality into clear, engaging content for learners with different levels of technical expertise.
  • Continuously review and refine learning content for clarity, technical accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and consistency across learning assets.

Own Product Documentation

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to draft, update, and review product documentation.
  • Ensure training materials and documentation stay aligned with product releases.
  • Take ownership of keeping content accurate, current, and easy to understand.

Improve How We Work

  • Take ownership of assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline content creation workflows.
  • Experiment with AI, scripting, and other technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Proactively suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Help the team work smarter by introducing new tools and approaches.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in specific tools you've used and more interested in how you approach learning and solving problems.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Are highly self-directed with ownership mindset, and ability to drive work forward with limited direction.
  • Enjoy learning unfamiliar technologies and figuring things out independently.
  • Have the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Naturally look for ways to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and investigate product behavior, documentation gaps, or workflow challenges without relying heavily on others.
  • Are comfortable working in environments where not every answer is already defined.
  • Have experience creating technical content, documentation, tutorials, training materials, or product enablement resources.
  • Have experience using technical tools, scripting, automation, AI tools, APIs, or similar technologies to improve productivity.
