Job Description

The Role: 

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing MicroStrategy’s email marketing campaigns using Marketo. This person needs to be well versed in Marketo as your day to day requirements include supporting, implementing, and developing email marketing campaigns within the tool.

You will also be using marketing technologies such as Salesforce.com CRM, Marketo marketing automation, On24 webcast platform, Cvent event management platform, SharePoint, and other reporting tools.

We need someone who is comfortable leading projects and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to create and execute end to end on email marketing projects. If you’re sharp, motivated and ready to dig in, we have a place where you can grow while learning from a strong team.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Responsible for overseeing global email marketing campaigns that support cross-functional teams go-to-market offers
  • Utilize Marketo marketing automation platform, to set up and execute marketing programs targeting both existing customers and prospects
  • Ability to build, design, manage Marketo landing pages, forms, and reports
  • Ability to set up, analyze and adjust email plans using A/B testing
  • Continually learning, researching, recommending, and implementing email and marketing automation best practices
  • Responsible for the reporting and measurements of email marketing campaigns
  • Manage the Marketo database (segmentation, list acquisitions, bulkloads)

 

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing and/or Business
    • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B technology environment / software and services
    • 3 years of experience using Marketo marketing automation platform to build and deploy B2B marketing campaigns – Having a Marketo certification is a plus!
    • Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite, Cvent
    • Experience managing and reporting on digital marketing programs
    • Experience with CRM, specifically Salesforce.com
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Running multi-layer marketing programs
