Job Description
- Report to the CEM and assist him/her with stock ordering and maintaining optimum stock levels in the department.
- Lead the team of Store Associates in the department in mass merchandising, shelf management, stock management, and maintaining department cleanliness.
- Drive productivity improvement by enhancing operational efficiency.
- Assist the FM in achieving the department's sales targets.
- Mechanize the department overnight in accordance with DSO (Dark Store Operations) protocols and ensure department readiness before the store opening.
- Ensure product presentation is in accordance with the approved Planogram.
- Ensure secondary displays are maintained in accordance with BMPL guidelines.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs and comply with all applicable protocols and policies.
- Ensure discipline in timekeeping and compliance with professional attire and uniform guidelines.
- Conduct QA checks and follow all defined protocols and checklists to maintain quality standards at all times.
- Monitor product expiry during and after stock deliveries and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.
- Manage stock and shelves effectively to ensure product availability.
- Reorder stock based on customer demand and sales requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
