Job Description

Mission
Reporting to the Growth Director, build the indirect acquisition engine from scratch: open, negotiate and run the partner and broker channels that will deliver up to 40–50% of new customers, at controlled quality and cost. No partner exists yet.

Scope
Spain. All indirect channels and partner relationships, from first conversation to live volume.

Essential responsibilities

  • Partner acquisition and commercial terms: open, negotiate and close partnerships with potential partners such as comparators, agency and agent networks, consumer-electronics retail, EV charge-point operators, and bundle partnerships (telco and similar). Own the commercial terms and enforce them
  • Partner onboarding and enablement: register and set up agencies and agents in our systems and commission structure; train partner sales teams on the offer, the tools and the signup process
  • Channel activation: joint marketing campaigns, incentive schemes and agreed volume targets to drive partner performance
  • Channel quality assurance: monitor regularly partner-acquired cohorts (early churn, complaints) and provide corrective actions
  • Forecasting and reporting — indirect volume forecast and pipeline management; CAC by partner, intermediated share of gross adds, early churn versus direct

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in channel or partner sales or business development in Spanish B2C energy/utility space
  • Proven track record of building partnerships from a cold start, not only inheriting and managing existing ones
  • Experience with Spanish comparator, agency and retail landscape; and/or to own a network of partners are highly appreciated
  • Commercially firm
  • Fluent Spanish and English
