Benefits Accounting Analyst

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, validations, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience handling large data sets and financial reconciliations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
