We are seeking a self-motivated Site Data Entry Specialist to help manage our products on each site. This position is based in our Carrollton office.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Enter data related to start-to-end process of event and offer creation, track responsible parties, follow up on deadlines, and quality-check contributions

• Initiate and enter data related to product offer pages and site merchandising standards, including art and copy

• Manage and review merchandise presentation to optimize purchase conversion

• Manage internal and external photo requests 

• Track and manage product samples

• Working directly with vendors and vendor-provided spreadsheets to convert and import product specs and descriptions into company database for use in offers and events

Success Looks Like:

• Comfortable with tight deadlines and surge workload

• Entering large amounts of data precisely

• Creating, managing, and verifying accurate product descriptions, details, and specifications with 100% accuracy

• Communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues

• Working efficiently and productively to meet all deadlines

• Adapting and adjusting to changing priorities

• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• High School or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience entering data precisely/extremely detail oriented
• Excellent computer / internet skills
• Experience with spreadsheets, especially Google Docs
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ZenDesk
• 1-3 years related e-commerce experience
