Job Description

At medmix Spain, we are looking for a Junior Eurohub Planner to strengthen our global Supply Chain team, with the goal of ensuring efficient planning and coordination of demand, supply, and inventory within our distribution hub.

This role is key to driving product availability, optimizing service levels, and supporting operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Planning & Execution

  • Plan and schedule demand, supply, and inventory for the distribution hub
  • Manage backlog in line with sales priorities, customer commitments, and the S&OP plan
  • Execute replenishment based on forecast, safety stock, and inventory targets
  • Ensure accuracy of planning parameters and master data in SAP

Alignment & Customer Service

  • Perform daily alignment with production sites regarding volumes, priorities, and constraints
  • Coordinate regularly with suppliers to ensure delivery reliability and capacity alignment
  • Ensure product availability to meet target customer service levels
  • Define, monitor, and adjust safety stock levels to mitigate service risks

Optimization, Projects & Reporting

  • Optimize material flow, inventory levels, and network decisions (e.g., plant allocation, transport)
  • Support global supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Track, analyze, and report key KPIs (service level, inventory, backlog, plan adherence)
  • Proactively identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Work experience: 1 to 3 years previous experience in planning
  • Education: Engineering or equivalent
  • Languages: English advanced (mandatory), Spanish
  • Other: Excel, Nice to have: SAP, Hydra
