Job Description

This position is responsible for the achieving sales, business development, leading and managing the area sales activities/ OPL lecture-collaboration of Dental in China.

  1. Prepare the sales budget according to company target; define the corresponding sales strategy and market approach for Dental market.
  2. Define the individual KPI to drive for result.
  3. Acquire new customers and partner with global key account in China region to archive target and transparent cooperation for long-lasting growth prospects.
  4. Build up distribution channel, performance review and align their market activities with company policy and strategy.
  5. Maintain the long-term partnership with and align the strategy with Headquarter, to achieve business growth sustained.
  6. Build local Opinion Leader group and organize dental lecture-collaboration.
  7. Set accurate sales forecasting, complaint handling, promote and give technical support to customers to improve customer satisfaction and company brand reputation. 
  8. Attend dental seminar, big exhibition to improve the company brand and products awareness and recognition
  9. Formulate and implement the pricing strategy of customers and channels, review the pricing strategy regularly
  10. Collect competition information, customer preference to know how market trends.
  11. Business developing function, explore new product, new application, new business opportunities.
  12. Ensure the gross margin of the products, AR handling.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the medical field,  dental field is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, Medical or Business related

Skills: Strong network in public hospitals in north China area and well understand SPD business mode;  Sales experience in medical consumable business;  Skilled in developing and managing channels;  Familiar with application of medical insurance code and Sunshine Procurement Platform.  Visiting end user such as dentists and downstream dealers also arranging product training on a timely base.  Profound selling and negotiation skills;  Good computer skills and analysis skills;  Good organizational ability and interpersonal skills.  Can work under great pressure; Embrace changes and challenges.

Language: Chinese; English is a plus
