Job Description

Reporting to the CHRO, this role is responsible for processes, insights and operational guidance to establish and strengthen the Rewards and Performance approach at medmix. As an enabler of the company’s growth focused strategy – the incumbent will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in their role and to shape the global HR function for the future.

Main accountabilities

· Define the Rewards and Performance strategy for medmix with a view on enabling business growth

· Maintain, analyze and improve existing job grading and compensation systems, salary review and bonus payment processes, data (e.g., benchmarking, incentive pay-out modelling, etc.)

· Provide material and recommendations for the Nomination and Remuneration Committee meetings and contribute to the preparation and completion of relevant reports and documents

· Lead the preparation of the Compensation Report as part of the Annual Report and support related audit requirements as well as AGM preparations related to executive compensation

· Preparation of compensation packages for all executive hires and expert guidance for the HR business partners as needed

· Lead the global reward processes eg. salary review and bonus payout processes

· Lead and oversee nomination and participation for Performance Share Plan and Restricted Share Unit plans at medmix

· Deploy and establish a continuous performance management process including the underlying technology

· Support global HR data framework and analytics

Qualifications

· 10+ years relevant Compensation and Benefits/Rewards experience, preferably in complex, international organization. Experience in Performance management and HR Information Systems a plus.

· Experience and advanced understanding of the disclosure and regulation requirements for companies listed in Switzerland

· Strong business acumen

· Proven analytical and decision making skills

· Ability to communicate complex data in a simple and easy-to-understand manner

· Ability to form strong professional relationships and build trust on all levels

· Negotiation skills / Ability to professionally challenge decisions

· Can-do attitude, proactive mindset, ability to cope with ambiguity

· Strong communication skills in English and German – written and verbal.

· University degree in Business / Finance (or equivalent) required

· MBA, graduate or post-graduate HR and/or tax specialization a plus
