Ability Action Australia are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia. We are looking for a Board Approved Psychologist to supervise and support provisional psychologists within our organisation.
Job Description
We are looking to grow our Psychology services in Western Sydney, South West Sydney and Sydney Metro areas and are seeking a dedicated Board Approved Psychologist to support the provisional psychologists within the team.
Full-Time or Part-time will be considered, we have a high degree of flexibility on offer.
Responsibilities will include:
We are looking for someone who can support our provisional's through this pivotal time in their careers, offering them support, guidance and clinical mentoring.
- Supervision of provisional psychologists - You will provide support and mentoring to the provisional psychologists within the team, offering supervision, clinical support and guidance as they progress towards registration and sign off completed hours. Ideally we would like someone who can provide shadowing and in office support, this will not be a telehealth role.
- Group supervision – You will meet regularly with your allocated groups and facilitate a space for interns to reflect on their practices and work through client cases. Flexibility to run supplementary supervision sessions on any specific area of interests when needed.
- Quality and compliance - You will help support the provisionals to produce quality work that is compliant and meets a high level of clinical standards, to provide the best outcomes for our participants.
We provide the flexibility to work from our Penrith, Alexandria, Camden or Caringbah hubs.
