Main Position Responsibilities:

• Makes necessary adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
• Inspect parts for defects and trim excess plastic from parts
• Assemble various components onto molded parts 
• Stack good parts on pallet 
• Start/stop machines as needed 
• Alert supervisor of any problems with machine or part quality 
• Ensure correct components are in work area 
• Keep work area clean and neat 
• Complete accurate count at end of shift (good parts, scrap parts, machine downtime) 
• Read and understand product part numbers 

• Must have a basic understanding of machine operation
• Must have basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand for extended period of time in extreme temperatures
• Must have a strong attendance record with previous employers
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Willingness to work overtime, off-shifts
• Prior experience with blow or injection molding is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
