Job Description

The goal is to help build the Preventive Maintenance system. Roles would consist of:

  1. Document/researching machines by building
  2. Cataloging manuals and scanning into system
  3. Labeling Machines with asset information
  4. Support developing/documenting preventative maintenance steps per OEM recommendation and enter into maintenance management system

Qualifications

To be successful in performing these responsibilities, an applicant should have a combination of technical aptitude, organization skills, and attention to detail.

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training (e.g., maintenance, manufacturing, industrial technology) preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or technical support environment is helpful
  • Experience working with equipment documentation, asset tracking, or maintenance systems is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how machines are assembled and function
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and OEM documentation
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar software (preferred)
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, scanning systems, document storage tools)
