Job Title: Sr Analyst, Enterprise Data Management
Job Duties
- Lead business analyst assigned to strategic initiatives.
- Able to lead and coordinate requirement gathering sessions with all stakeholders.
- Able to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
- Able to document current state process flows and design future state process flow.
- Able validate requirements and process flows deliver value through standardization, efficiency, and experience.
- Able to self-govern, prioritize requests, and communicate priority to business customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on test scenario creation, testing, and change management.
- Gains strong understanding of company’s processes.
- Align with stakeholders on priority of features and communicate estimated delivery.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture team to recommend the right software solution for each process.
- Meet with other project/business functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
- Ability to travel as business needs require. Estimated travel for this position is 25%.
- Other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion.

Education Requirement
- Bachelor-level degree in Information Technology required
Work Experience Requirements:
- 5-years experience in Salesforce.com CRM including certification required
- 5-years experience in Oracle CPQ including certification required
- 5-years experience in Oracle ERP required
- 1-year experience in Friedman Frontier required
- 1-year experience in Azure DevOps required
- 1-year experience in Oracle DOO required
- 1-year experience with Boomi required
Additional Information
Duration of Employment: Full-time
Salary: $105,000 to $120,000
Benefit Package: Benefits: Competitive Benefits Package includes life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, health, dental and vision coverage, and short and long-term disability insurance. All benefits will be effective at three (3) months of employment.
