This position works with guests and members to provide education of the importance of massage therapy and facial services, resulting in membership sales.  This position operates within all Massage Envy’s policies, procedures, and guidelines to provide a great customer experience.

Principle Duties for Sales Associate:

• Promptly and professional answers the phone
• Effectively and efficiently books appointments
• Greet guests and members as they enter the clinic
• Efficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointments
• Present Wellness Program to all prospects: conduct pre-chat, communicate with therapists/estheticians, conduct wellness presentation customized to client’s needs
• Close 25% or greater in membership sales
• Understand and apply the sales process
• Understand and apply strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewable, etc.)
• Actively sell and suggest retail, gift cards, enhanced services etc.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the facility
• Maintain client files
• Make appointment reminder calls daily
• Other duties as assigned 

• Must pass background check.
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, fellow therapists and sales staff.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Knowledge of sales techniques preferred.

• Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and skincare
• Has an in-depth knowledge of retail/professional products designed to enhance therapy
• Is customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively
