About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth project execution. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.)
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and services
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries effectively
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of client handling and coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
