Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee ACA reporting through Equifax.
2. Provide support to the 401(k) administrator for the employer-sponsored plan.
3. Create, modify, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets.
4. Ensure data consistency and integrity across various sources.

Key Qualifications

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization tools.
2. Experience in reconciling and analyzing financial or operational data.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Prior experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis preferred.
