Job Description

The Business development executive/ Sales executive is responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business development executive/ Sales executives play an integral role in companies' longevity.

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector, including software development, IT consulting, and Digital Marketing services.

  • Identifying opportunities on specific leads and conducting research on target clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business cases to potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.

Qualifications

Must:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • English speaking skills required
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT/Digital Marketing industry (0.6 - 5 years preferred).

  • Resourceful with outstanding research skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
