We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our creative team. In this role, you will help bring ideas to life through visual content that supports our branding and marketing efforts. As a part of the design team, you’ll work on a variety of projects, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and website visuals, while collaborating with other departments to create engaging designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching designs for social media posts, brochures, websites, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in the design and development of layouts for marketing, branding, and corporate identity projects.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and compelling visuals.
• Modify existing designs as needed for various campaigns or projects.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas to team members for feedback.
• Assist in the creation of graphics and illustrations for website use, presentations, and other digital content.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or relevant coursework).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Familiarity with digital media design and print design processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
