Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Established in 2006, Masdar is today active in over 40 countries, helping them to achieve their clean energy objectives and advance sustainable development. Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.

To manage the execution of the assigned projects, ensuring that all activities from design, permitting, procurement, construction, to commissioning, energization, testing and handover of the project achieving world class levels of QHSE, business and manpower performance during all phases within budget, meeting stringent schedule, demonstrating innovation in technology definition, and coordinating complex interfaces.

• Project/Site Management
• Manage sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor the project budget and finances. 
• Project reporting 
• Team management and supervision 
• Management of project governance, resourcing and quality assurance
• Management of risk and change control for projects.
• Manage consultant / stakeholder relations relevant to project delivery.
• Support Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies and objectives of Masdar.
• Manage project handover. 
• Comply with information security policies, procedures and requirements at all times. 

At least 5 years of senior project management experience with an EPC contractor with exposure to global scale and complex energy, technology and utility projects including significant Wind-specific experience with electrical and HV works background. Similar and related experience in international projects, preferably in the region is required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or any other related field

Master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset Preferred Experience:
