Job Description
- Contact, qualify, and manage inbound leads
- Work closely with Delivery Management and Marketing to identify specific IT market niches (technology, solution, segment), generate new ideas, opportunities, and build new products.
- Support the technical aspects of the initial sales cycle, including the discovery of customer needs, client presentations, product/solution briefings, demos, and proof-of-concept work.
- Expertly present the company and communicate our unique values propositions to industry decision-makers
- Build relationships with key account customers
- Prepare offers and negotiate terms and conditions
- Produce periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Able to provide trustworthy feedback (both technical and business) from the clients.
- Support and participate in preparation and submission of RFI/RFP, following our internal processes and rules.
Qualifications
- Graduates in any IT/IS related bachelor’s/master’s degree
- Technical expertise combined with clear communication skills
- Technical competence and knowledge
- Positive, can-do attitude; proactive and creative
- Team spirit and ability to lead when required.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
