MalOPlus™ Group Inc., provides Business Development services in the fields of Accounting, Administration and Marketing.  Our goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses explore outsourcing solutions to minimize their administrative and operating costs. We also offer to home-based self-employed professionals, a network that provides contractual work.  

MalOPlus™ Group Inc., is a collective of 3 companies operating under the MalOPlus™  Brand and a few other sister companies managing other Brands owned by  MalOPlus™ Group Inc. This position is for one of these subdivisions.

Job Description

  • Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research and platform determination, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages a high level of customer interaction 
  • Optimize & manage the company’s social media profiles and presence to increase the visibility of the company’s social content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. 
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence. 
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach and engage with the target audience 
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI and SEO. Continuously seek improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics.
  • Work with other team members to determine the outcomes of the Marketing Function that support the overall business strategy and goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Completed bachelor's degree preferably in the field of (digital) marketing or communication
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within an online marketing agency or Social Paid Media job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for advertising content and copy
  • A real professional: motivated, independent and initiative-oriented. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, but you are hands-on with us and have a commercial eye. Communicating, (critically) analyzing and organizing are your strong points, as well as an eye for detail & meeting deadlines.
  • A dose of curiosity and a healthy urge to learn
  • Experience with online marketing in a variety of environments is an advantage
  • Experience working remotely from home office
  • Bilingual (EN & FR), Spanish and other languages (asset)

LOCATION
Work from your Home-Office
Can work from anywhere from Canada or USA, as long as we have openings in your area.

EDUCATION
College, Finished
Minimum 5 years Experience
Training in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, is preferred.

REMUNERATION:
Based on experience

Flexibles hours
Part-Time  (minimum 15hours per week) or  Full-Time (40hours)  
Week-days, Evening & Week-end Shifts available
