We’re on the lookout for passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm, collaborative, and nurturing team. In this role, you’ll work closely alongside experienced teachers and a supportive Co-Educator, with small group sizes that allow for meaningful relationships and impactful teaching.

Job Description
What will you do?
Working alongside another ECT and a Co-Educator, your role involves collaborating with families, assessing children's development, and fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for small groups of children
- Work closely with the ECT and Co-Educator to create a warm and inclusive environment
- Observe, document, and support each child’s growth and development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the team
- Maintain a safe and happy learning space that encourages curiosity and confidence
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree and registration as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) with VIT
- Holistic approach to working with children, demonstrating commitment to their rights and development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to critically reflect and collaborate effectively
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Australian work rights
