Required
•    Bachelor's Degree
•    At least 5 years experience in managing a team of 30+ full-time employees
•    At least 5 years experience in managing externally contracted team resources
•    At least 3 years experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals, with one having a Total Contract Value (TCV) over $3M
•    At least 3 years experience in proposal development
•    At least 3 years experience in financial management of project
•    At least 3 years experience in revenue management of a project
•    At least 5 years experience in SAP Core Banking
•    At least 5 years experience in SAP Bank Analyzer
•    At least 5 years experience in Banking Industry
•    Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
