Job Description

  • Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, account management and operations team to find and assist in filling gaps in resources and training

  • Develop, implement and maintain an onboarding program for SDR, Sales reps and Account Managers

  • Oversee onboarding of all new reps and continuing education of existing reps.

  • Own and define the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process

  • Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.

  • Master, enhance, and train on the high-level introductory sales pitches

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Lytics’ customer lifecycle journey, leveraging resources in Sales, Account Management, Technical Support and Services

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams.

  • Determine characteristics that are strong indicators of success and ensure these are integrated in our hiring process.

  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.

  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.

  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices

  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.

  • Organize annual Sales Kick-off

  • Act as the single point for distribution of materials to the team.

  • Recommend, implement and administer technology that will drive greater efficiency and productivity in sales

  • Ensure that performance of the sales team meets with quality standards.

  • Implement a quality program to ensure proper adoption of trained material.

  • Coordinate external sales training where applicable.

  • Schedule and facilitate Sales Lunch and Learns and monthly key account reviews.

  • Advocate on the behalf of Sales within the rest of the company.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in a Sales Enablement role or adult learning coupled with sales experience

  • You have previous experience working in sales and understand the pain points experienced by sales people

  • You have previous experience in marketing with an understanding of communicating brand and product vision and roadmap

  • You have content creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle

  • You can demonstrate a working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies

  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent relational skills.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to effectively organize, multitask and prioritize.

  • Support and adhere to Company's Core Values.

 

Preferred but not required:

  • BA or BS degree in Business/Marketing or a related field

  • Past experience selling to Marketing or Martech customers
