PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is responsible for supporting product marketing activities and managing the assigned product portfolio in Singapore. The role encompasses forecasting, campaign management, inventory and catalogue administration, and the execution of marketing initiatives to drive new product launches, brand awareness, and market share.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product & Portfolio Management

  • Forecasting: Ensure accuracy and timely submissions of product forecasts for the assigned portfolio.
  • Assortment & Catalogue Management: Monitor competitor product assortments to identify market priorities and opportunities for growth. Manage local portfolio catalogues to ensure timely updates and the deactivation of discontinued items.
  • Listing & Distribution: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely product listing and optimal distribution across key retail doors.
  • Special Range / Line Expansion: Work cross-functionally (with e-commerce, retail, merchandising, training, and field teams) to identify opportunities, develop expansion strategies, and drive specialized product lines or secondary ranges.

2. Campaign & Launch Execution

  • Launch Planning: Support the team in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns and new product launches across all relevant channels (CRM, training, retail, e-commerce, media).
  • Collateral & Event Support: Coordinate launch materials and support the execution of promotional animations and brand events.

3. Analytics & Expense Management

  • Market Share & Competitor Analysis: Track, report, and analyze category market share, sell-in/sell-out performance, and competitor activities in the local market.
  • Budget Tracking: Manage designated sub-category budgets and expense allocations.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY FIGURES

  • Education: Qualified University/College degree.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing; prior experience in luxury goods or beauty/retail industries preferred.
