Job Description

YOUR MISSION _________

  • Drive process efficiency by automating reporting and improving data workflows, enabling faster and more reliable decision-making through standardized datasets and dashboards

 

Core Responsibilities

Automation & Digitalization

  • Identify recurring manual tasks (report preparation, data consolidation, tracker updates) and redesign workflows to reduce cycle time and errors
  • Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows, and/or Python (where applicable)
  • Support digitization of trackers/forms (e.g., standardized templates, structured input, controlled master data)

Data Pipeline & Governance (Light data engineering)

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, standardized datasets (“single source of truth”)
  • Maintain backend datasets and ensure refresh schedules and data quality controls that support real-time retail, operations, and data dashboards
  • Implement data governance: KPI definitions, data validation checks, version control, documentation in line with APAC database

Dashboards & Self-Serve Reporting

  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting packs for stakeholders
  • Create clear metric definitions and user guides to enable self-serve usage

Documentation & Enablement

  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for new automated workflows
  • Support ad-hoc analytics requests tied to improving repeatable processes

Deliverables / Success Measures

  • Accurate and on-time retail ops reporting packs and dashboards
  • Improved data quality and governance (fewer reporting errors, clearer KPI definitions)
  • Documented processes/SOPs and measurable time saved via automation or workflow improvements
  • Effective coordination support to stores and field team

 

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026
    • Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics (or equivalent analytical exposure)
    • Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query/Power Pivot); PowerPoint; Power BI
    • Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple deadlines
    • Strong communication skills with both office and field teams
    • Python/R is a bonus
