确保安全/卫生及产品质量均符合公司制度要求，确保发油的效率和数量，完成主管/经理交代的各项任务，报告异常情况并提出处理建议，监督食品安全及完成纠偏措施，控制好资源及减少发油损耗，减少成本。

职责一：安全职责
1.严格遵守贯彻和执行工厂环境，健康，安全程序和食品安全程序
2.要求外来人员（司机、承包商、劳务、供应商）遵守公司的安全管理制度

职责二：货物的出入库
1.收发油、副产品前确认所操作油品的罐号、油品种类和数量，仔细核对提货信息，确保操作准确无误，油品无检测报告不发货，坚决杜绝发错产品事故发生；

2.合理安排车辆放行装货，确认所发油品和副产品的管线阀门是否正确开启

3.发货时必须有人在现场监督，杜绝发油区出现跑、冒、滴、漏、串油、污染等现象

4.保持好工作场所的卫生和清洁，按时完成清洁计划

5.保持油库各项工作操作记录完整性、真实性

6.按时完成包装领油工作

职责三：认真完成领导交办的临时任务和工作

1.油罐的不同位置取样、送检及时有效

2.准确对油罐打尺和测温并保证数据真实有效

3.在遵守食品安全的准则下清理过滤器和更换过滤袋.

4.能够独立完成月度散油和副产品打尺盘点及罐区CSD测试任务

5.团队合作解决日常工作出现的问题

6.积极参加公司及部门组织的培训，让自己符合岗位要求并提出培训需求

7.罐区SOP和检查清单的正确执行

8.负责交接班工作.确保交接班清楚、仔细，不留隐患和问题，保证工作的连续性

9.负责罐区设备巡视，处理出现的问题/设备故障

10.防止公司财产的损失，防止司机偷油的现象发生

11.负责油罐、发油、空压机等区域安全设施检查

12.按时完成工作任务清单

教育背景：高中学历或以上

工作经验：有粮油行业经验者优先

能力要求：

有食品油库工作经验者优先；
对食品油库管理的相关知识有一定的了解。
