Talent and Learning Centre of Excellence
LDC’s Talent and learning Centre of Excellence is undergoing a transformational process, embarking on an exciting journey towards building a Talent and Learning ecosystem that will further support and enable our people development and LDC’s business results. The CoE is spearheading a series of strategic initiatives which will evolve the Learning and Talent landscape of our organization; aiming high towards the creation of a company wide Learning culture to reinforce and support existing and future key Business and HR priorities.
This is an admin role within LDC’s Talent & Learning CoE that focuses on managing the admin, recurrent and operational activities for these activities.
You will be reporting to the SBS Manager for HR, and will collaborate with a wide group of Learning, Talent and HR Professionals and the Business.
Main Responsibilities:
Learning:
- Trainings Completed
- Live sessions creations
- Support on Live Sessions
- Basic reporting
- Access to LDC.learn, and other learning tools: Synthesia, Articulate, Genially, Smartcat, etc.
- SN Tickets
- External Users creation
- Content upload in LDC.learn
- Bulk uploads
- Distribution email lists update
- Basic SCORM packages for recordings
- Providers validation tasks with procurement
- POs, invoices and Budget Tracking
- Translations management with Stakeholders
- Recordings
- Basic Training reporting (compliance, mandatory, non mandatory, assignments…)
- Onboarding New Admins/basic trainings on LDC.learn
- Basic content creation
- Logistics around f2f sessions
Talent management
- First level questions support for Performance and Talent cycles
- Support actions in Workday (reassign task, delegation …)
- Dispatch standardized Talent communications and process notifications
- Send automated & manual completion reminders
- Organize calibration logistics (invites, packs, tracking)
- Monitor completion dashboards
- Generate and distribute standard performance and Talent Review reports
- Track & distribute completion status across regions & functions
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR
- Demonstrated Experience in Learning Functions: Previous experience in learning and development roles, with a track record of successfully managing admin learning activities end to end.
- Other talent focused experience is a plus
- Good understanding in participating in projects as a project member
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage simultaneous activities, very well organized, structured mindset and attention to details.
- Communication Skills and Stakeholder/providers Management: good verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders/providers at various levels. Significant experience with cross-functional and cross-country collaboration is a plus.
- Oriented to Analytical and Data Management Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights, to support the enhancement.
Skills:
- MS Office proficient (Excel, SharePoint)
- Technology Savvy
- LMS, LXP Knowledge
- Workday knowledge is a plus.
- Learning Contents creation tools: Canva, Synthesia, Iseasy, Articulate (Storiline and Rise), Genially, Camptasia, Clipcamp, others.
- Attention to detail
Languages:
- Proficient in English
- Other languages an additional but not necessary plus
Academics
- Bachelor's degree in business management or HR/Education or any related field
- International matrix organizations
