The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. You will work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You’ll support one or more work streams and multiple business teams. You will lead activities including gathering, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder requirements, and collaborate closely with technical teams. You’ll exercise your understanding of work streams and business processes to identify pain points and to help drive the successful implementation of requirements and processes while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Responsible AI and digital safety compliance reviews, ensuring alignment with policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage compliance operations, with a focus on RAI, safety, and risk‑based assessments across multiple workstreams.
  • Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, structured inputs for compliance and safety evaluations.
  • Support a workstream end‑to‑end while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across a distributed delivery team (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
  • Lead conversations, manage stakeholder expectations, and synthesize feedback into actionable outcomes.
  • Coordinate knowledge management initiatives, including organizing content, improving accessibility, and supporting the development and testing of AI‑enabled tools (e.g., bots) to surface knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across compliance and operational workflows.
  • Operate effectively in a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment, demonstrating learning agility.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience supporting process optimization, compliance, knowledge management, or data privacy-oriented work.
  • Exposure to Responsible AI (RAI), digital safety, or governance‑driven reviews.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly understand and document a product's intent in the context of compliance and safety requirements.
  • Experience acting as a primary client‑facing partner, leading conversations, managing stakeholder expectations, and synthesizing feedback into actionable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, learn new technologies quickly, and adapt in rapidly evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working within Microsoft environments.

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $123,009 - $137,005 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
