Ornamental Moulding & Millwork is a medium-sized millwork manufacturer supplying the building industry.  For nearly 100 years, Ornamental Mouldings has been a leading manufacturer of decorative millwork accents for the home, including embossed and decorative hardwood mouldings, carvings, and other millwork products.

We are presently seeking individuals with 2+ years of wood product assembly experience.  The employee in this position will perform the following specific tasks and job duties and any others reasonably assigned by the Manager/Supervisor or his/her designee.

• Assemble wooden shelves, brackets, and components.
• Operate basic equipment like edge-sander, clamp, nail gun, shrink tunnel, etc.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

The knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the daily tasks and job duties are as follows:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.      
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.         
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.        
• Flexibility to alternate working at different work centers.        
• High school diploma or GED required.
