The Senior Recruitment Marketing Project Manager, brings a marketing mindset to Talent Acquisition & Mobility, combining audience insights, compelling content, and strategic campaigns to ensure the right talent is aware of and excited about career opportunities at LinkedIn for priority audiences.
In this role, you will work directly to attract, engage, and convert talent through targeted recruitment marketing strategies, partnering with recruiters, TA managers, cross-functional teams, and Talent Attraction Enterprise Programme leads to translate hiring priorities into talent engagement strategies that build strong candidate pipelines. You will activate these strategies leveraging our Talent Attraction ecosystem, including employee advocacy programmes, talent media campaigns, storytelling, experiential events, and nurture campaigns leveraging our CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Attraction
Partner with EMEA & LATAM TA managers and recruiters to identify priority talent audiences, hiring needs, and workforce gaps.
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies aligned to specific regional business gaps and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned to key hiring moments throughout the year
Act as a strategic advisor to regional TA Leaders and stakeholders on how to attract and engage target talent audiences, keeping abreast of industry trends and insights.
Develop, launch, optimise and track regional recruitment marketing campaigns across Enterprise Programmes including:
Events & Experiential Talent Engagement
Design and execute experiential strategies that drive meaningful engagement aligned to hiring priorities and priority talent segments
Integrate events into broader recruitment marketing campaigns and full-funnel strategies as part of the wider talent attraction ecosystem
Partner with Inclusion Recruiting and other internal teams to support partnership activations
Lead high-impact experiences such as networking events, talent communities, and executive engagements to engage priority candidates
Talent Engagement & Nurture
Develop targeted nurture email campaigns that engage prospective candidates to build Talent Communities.
Leverage our Talent Media Programme to build, maintain and activate talent communities aligned to key hiring segments with paid ads
Activate strategies across owned channels (CRM, email nurture, career site), paid media (targeted ads, talent media campaigns), and earned channels (employee advocacy, organic social, partnerships)
Employer Brand & Storytelling
Partner with Enterprise and cross-functional teams to bring employee & candidate stories, team culture, and career growth opportunities to life on our platform.
Develop employee advocacy Programmemes to help translate internal success stories and business insights into compelling content across multiple channels (articles, ads, organic social posts, employee generated content initiatives), using employee advocacy Programmemes.
Ensure messaging reflects authentic, inclusive, and function- and region-specific experiences
Measurement & Insights
Partner with regional TA Leadership to define and align success metrics to hiring outcomes and business impact
Track recruitment marketing performance metrics across campaigns, channels, and experiences (including engagement, pipeline growth, and candidate conversion)
Use data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies. Share learnings and recommendations with recruiting and business stakeholders, and global Talent Attraction partners through robust quarterly reviews.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in recruitment marketing or field marketing, OR
5+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment including recruitment marketing remit
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing and delivering candidate engagement events
Experience developing rich media content (videos, blogs etc.), with particular focus on organic media, to craft stories and running media campaigns to engage talent. Experience using content development software like Canva and/or Adobe.
Experience using a CRM to create always on, drip-feed email marketing campaigns
Deep understanding of funnel metrics and KPIs and their impact across all aspects of the hiring process, including robust reporting on ROI to key audiences including TA Leadership, TA Partners / Peers, and Business / Cross-functional stakeholders.
Native (C1) fluency in German, French, Dutch or Portuguese
Experience with scaled top-of-funnel content generation software like The Martech, VideoMyJob or similar
Experience managing budgets and procurement processes
Deep understanding of funnel metrics and KPIs and their impact across all aspects of the hiring process, including robust reporting on ROI to key audiences including TA Leadership, TA Partners / Peers, and Business / Cross-functional stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of the hiring dynamics in our core EMEAL markets.
