Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are seeking a Manager to lead our Strategic Accounts Deal Desk team, a high-performing organization focused on delivering scalable deal support for LinkedIn's most complex customers. Beyond leading a team of Deal Desk Strategists, this role will own key transformation initiatives, including global vendor strategy and operating model evolution. The ideal candidate will have proven AI-enabled automation skills and the ability to drive scale, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes through innovative people, process, and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a distributed team of Principal and Senior Deal Desk Strategists while building a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and scale.
- Provide strategic vision, coaching, and direction to a high-performing operations team focused on delivering scalable Deal Desk support for LinkedIn's largest and most complex clients. .
- Own the global Deal Desk vendor strategy, defining and executing a scalable operating model that optimizes capacity, capability, quality, and cost across internal and outsourced teams.
- Lead vendor governance, performance management, and adoption programs, establishing clear success metrics, operational standards, and continuous improvement mechanisms to drive scale globally.
- Act as the primary partner between Deal Desk, Central Operations, and vendor partners to ensure workforce, process, and technology strategies remain aligned to business priorities and future growth.
- Identify opportunities to scale operations through AI, agentic technologies, automation, and workflow transformation, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cycle time, and user experience.
- Lead and contribute to strategic transformation initiatives that simplify operations, increase scale, reduce manual effort, and expand team capacity for higher-value deal strategy activities.
- Develop a multi-year scale strategy that balances internal resources, vendor capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions to support business growth and evolving customer needs.
- Identify, implement, and manage key performance indicators across both in-house and vendor organizations, driving accountability, quality, operational efficiency, and scale.
- Serve as a senior cross-functional leader for key stakeholders (Sales, XFs) influencing strategic decisions and operational priorities
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Management/Business/Finance or similar
- 6+ years software industry experience (Deal Desk/ Finance/ Sales Operations experience preferred)
- 2+ years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing and executing global vendor strategies, including outsourced workforce management, governance, performance management, and operational scaling.
- Demonstrated success building scalable operating models through a combination of people, vendors, process improvement, and technology.
- Proven track record leveraging AI, agentic technologies, and automation to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, capacity, quality, or customer experience.
- Experience leading scaled operational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders, drive adoption, and lead through ambiguity.
