Our Global Talent Organization's (GTO) vision is to empower our people to do the best work of their careers and help our customers do the same.

Reporting to the Talent Programs Director for the Global Business Office, the Principal Talent Development Partner will design, develop, deliver, and measure talent development and enablement experiences that support GBO business priorities.
