Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

What the job entails: 

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to real-world applications and you will gain professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career trajectory. 

  • Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a regional level 
  • Preparing documentation to implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams 
  • Daily collaboration with the EMEA Sales Operations team (Dublin & Sao Paolo based) to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated  
  • Collaborate on initiatives that leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve processes, increase productivity, and enhance decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to build AI fluency and gain hands-on exposure to emerging technologies in a business environment.
  • Open to interns who are able to work for at least 1 year with availability to work 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday (30 hours a week); hours will be adjustable based on your class schedule

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar courses with an analytical focus 
  • Business Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or business operations activities in an academic or professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • An effective interest in training and personal development 
  • Strong know-how in using Microsoft Excel and thinking through problems in a structured manner 
  • A team player who can work independently and is adaptable to change 
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, and eagerness to learn how AI can be applied to solve business challenges, improve processes, and enhance decision-making.
