This role will be based in San Francisco, New York, Chicago.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The GBO Information Management team is part of LinkedIn's Go-to-Market-Enablement (GTME) Center of Excellence organization and is responsible for creating and maintaining trusted knowledge for the Global Business Organization (GBO). This includes our Sales, Customer Success, Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, and Global Support teams. Our mission is to empower GBO with seamless, trusted knowledge that is verified by SMEs, powered by AI, and embedded into their flow of work.
We are seeking an early-career AI Governance & Advisory Associate to support GBO’s AI governance approach, including sustainment of AI agents. This role will ensure agents meet quality and verification standards, remain accurate over time, and are aligned to best practices. In addition, this role will provide AI agent build consultations to partners and support knowledge agent builds and enhancements where needed.
To be successful, you are a structured problem-solver with a strong interest in AI governance, quality, and scalability, and also possess an eagerness to experiment with AI tools. You are comfortable working across ambiguity, defining and upholding standards, and partnering with builders and stakeholders to ensure solutions are not only effective at launch, but sustainable and trustworthy over time.
Responsibilities:
Support agent governance and sustainment processes, ensuring accuracy, performance, and lifecycle management of active AI agents
Define and reinforce best practices, standards, and frameworks for agent quality, testing, and maintainability
Provide consultation to partners and teams building AI agents, guiding them on best practices for design, tooling, testing, and governance requirements
Build and deploy AI knowledge agents and applications using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Glean, and other AI tooling
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure agent outputs are grounded in trusted, validated knowledge
Stay current on emerging AI tools and capabilities to inform governance approaches and recommendations
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related area of study
1–3 years of experience in technology, operations, analytics, or AI-related roles
Familiarity with AI governance concepts such as quality standards, lifecycle management, or Responsible AI principles
Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and frameworks (e.g. intake, review, test, or audit processes)
Strong communication and consultative skills, including the ability to simplify complex problems
1+ year of hands-on experience building AI agents, chatbots, or automation workflows
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in cross-functional environments or project teams
Exposure to evaluating or reviewing AI agents, workflows, or outputs for accuracy, consistency, or business alignment
Familiarity with experimentation, iteration cycles, and user feedback loops
Experience with scripting, low-code/no-code tools, or lightweight application development (Copilot App Builder, Power Apps)
Experience with building dashboards (PowerBI, other tools) or automating workflows (Power Automate)
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or data sources

The pay range for this role is [$71,000-$115,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
